Is the price per user?
No. The quote is built around the organisation, its labs and its catalogue. Unlimited users and unlimited labs are part of the plan.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union, on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure in Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Helsinki, under a standard GDPR data processing agreement. The security page has the full detail.
How long does it take to get started?
Most laboratories are running within a few weeks. We load the catalogue, the suppliers and the approval levels with you, then train the people who will use it every day.
Does it work with what we already use?
Supplier requests go out over your own email, and Radwag balances read live weight straight into the record. Tell us what else your lab runs on and we will look at it with you.
Can we get our data back out?
Yes. The data you enter is yours, and the reporting suite exports to CSV and PDF.
Which currencies can we buy in?
Turkish lira, US dollars, euros and pounds sterling, with rates refreshed from the central bank feed.
